At iCare Connect, our mission is to provide high-quality, inclusive early childhood and school-age care that nurtures the whole child—mind, body, and spirit. We are dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and developmentally rich environment where every child, including those with medical, emotional, behavioral, or developmental needs, can learn, grow, and thrive.

We partner closely with families, schools, healthcare providers, and community agencies to ensure equitable access, individualized support, and meaningful learning experiences from infancy through age 12. Our commitment is to enrich children, strengthen families, and uplift the communities we serve through excellence in early education and compassionate, specialized care.

We provide excellent educational experiences through hands-on exploration, self-paced learning centers, group activities, and readiness skills in literacy, math, science, and problem-solving.

5. Meet Each Child’s Unique Needs

We recognize and respond to each child’s individual learning style, developmental level, and any medical, behavioral, or developmental needs—including IEPs, 504 Plans, therapies, and care plans.

6. Promote Active Learning & Age-Appropriate Development

We offer intentional, developmentally appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, independence, critical thinking, and active involvement in the learning process.

We encourage children to develop independence, responsibility, and self-help skills that prepare them for school, social interactions, and lifelong success.

It is our philosophy that the development of the individual as a whole being is attained through the enrichment of the social, intellectual aspects of his/her nature. Our philosophy comes from the celebration of life through love, respect, caring, and sharing. Thus, the staff at ICare Connect  works to promote the development of a healthy, inquisitive, and self-confident child that is prepared for the social and mental requirements of education and is nurtured in a warm, supportive, and secure environment in which love for others is taught and shared. 

We believe children are unique individuals who grow and develop at their own pace with their own strengths, needs, and interests. The Center offers a variety of learning opportunities generated from these needs and interests. Many choices are provided within a carefully arranged structure. Learning through play and actual experiences is a cornerstone of the program.
